Here I would like shortly to write about myself, my profession and my interest in dogs and especially ridgebacks.

Based on my education university, PhD and further experiences I am protein biochemist and molecular biologist, so I am not working professionally with dogs. However, my former education are rather useful even during my work with dogs, since I can use my knowledge e. g.  in biology, genetics or nutrition on this area. I have been interested in dogs from my teenage, despite my dream came true much later by getting first ridgeback Baya. Ridgeback came as a selection maybe because we have it in family. As probably most of ridgeback lovers, it is not possible not to be affected by these wonderful breed.

Baya has changed my life and life of my family significantly in different way, both our daily life and free time. Attending shows, training, doing different sport activities and travelling to different countries and everywhere with our loved girl. She even contributed to my health, since often going out with her means more healthy lifestyle for myself.

Our pack has expanded for two of her puppies, very handsome Leon and tough girl Pinky, making me and my family busy. Looking forward to see how they and their other syblings will succeed in future!
